It more about holding people to account for what they say, you need to be prepared to have the courage of your conviction.

People see the current president make outlandish and demonstrably false claims and get away with it, so they feel emboldened to make similar claims. People need to be held accountable for what they say.

No he said my ancestor was German. His mother was Scottish and grandfather was German or vice versa.

Anyway thats not important. What it demonstrates is how desperate the media is too find something to criticize. They want to reestablish their public image - too late.
