Politicians have embraced it as SAVE THE WORLD.

And anyone who has doubts including scientist are shunned and given no air time.

Its become a sin to be a sceptic...!!

Yet for science to work they must always be sceptical.

The prediction of the computer models was wrong.

Therefore the theory of AGW is wrong.......!

That's all there is to it.

so because the Press where wrong in the 70's about the Climate, therefore they must be wrong now, even though in the 70's the climate scientists thought it was going to warm and even more think that is going to happen now ? Cheesy

The first report they quote is one William Connolley. If you follow that link to the actual paper in Figure 1 he shows only 8 papers warning of global cooling.

Yet at the notrickszone they have identified at least 285 papers. So Connolley et al found about 3% of cooling papers. A pretty poor effort from one of the "97% of climate scientists"^TM to not find 97% of the papers. Wink
