Text size has been reduced how do i increase size

For some reason the text size has been reduced i would like to increase the size how do i do it?

There is an option to increase text size when making a post on bottom right hand corner this is not what I want to fix the size is ok when I made this post the problem is the rest of the forum has suddenly decreased in text size.

Anyone know how to fix this?

I saw that it helped while making posts yet did nothing to fix it everywhere else.

Yadda gave me the solution on how to fix it with ctrl +.

My mouse wheel has a free spin mode and I play with it sometimes, forget it's still spinning then press the CTRL key which does the same thing...
