Okay.....to get you and others to focus......let's remove the
Aussie out of this.
Let's ASSUME it was me who registered at the sewer using the word Setanta. ASSUME.
So what? No one owns or has copyright of such a name. Redmond Neck is not your exclusive property, for example.
All that person who applied for registration at the sewer can do.....is simply that...apply for registration. What happens after that is entirely up to Administration at the sewer.
Now......EVEN ASSUMING THAT IT WAS ME.....there is where it ends unless that someone made or gave assurances to Admin at the sewer that they were
the Setanta here at OzPol. I have no idea if that happened, but you will. If that happened, then yes....that makes a minuscule bit of difference.
All that apparently happened truthfully is this.
1. Someone who chose the word
Setanta to register, did so at the sewer.
2. Nothing. Except they are activated. I have no idea if they immediately gave that person access to thir secret bits. If they did.....that is at their feet solely.
3. Suddenly, and before anything else (apart from what you'd expect...a communication from the sewer to Setanta here asking if he was the sewer registrant. He says...nah, not me...) ........
4. Collusion corruption across two Forums.
5. Admin at the sewer breaches the account there, and CHANGES THE PASSWORD for an account owned by someone other than the Setanta here.
6. They then give that password to Setanta here.
7. Setanta here then goes to the account and sees all the confidential details of the real account owner who had the account stolen from them. (Hmmm...some bells are ringing. Must check that out.)
8. That is conspired corruption.
9. It gets 'better,' here at OzPol.
10. After having corrupt access to the email address of the person who registered using the word Setanta at the sewer....
11. Some person registers here. Setanta, using his GMod buttons, checks that account details out AFTER their registration was activated. Why would he even bother? Does he do that with every new registrant here and then post the details? No. This one is a special case. Someone used the combination of the letter s e t a n t a to register at the sewer.
12. He sees that the email address used is the same (he says) as the email address used by the person who registered at the sewer using the word Setanta.
He posts ALL those details in public as a GMOD here.

13. He then takes his appalling conduct further. He checks an IP of that account here.
14. He then goes nuclear.
15. He posts to the World that the IP he saw is some IP HE ALLEGES is associated with me.
I have been taken on with great conviction about that very matter in the past. I have seen, as Admin at the sewer, that IP addresses for AiA and SN were exactly the same, yet they were in different parts of the Planet. I have seen that BO and NOIQ have also posted from the same IP (as did FD and boxy see the same.) Yet, we were all wrong. History tells me that they are not the same person.
So, whatever Setanta has said about IPs, I will take that experience of mine into account, and forgive him.
