Slap on the wrist for violent repeat offender
Sep 10th, 2018 at 5:28pm

So this ape who was previously convicted of manslaughter has been allowed to walk for punching a woman in the face in a road rage incident.

No, really?

She was trying to pull Valusaga away from her father when he turned around and palmed her in the face, before punching her.

Here's the manslaughter offense

During the trial, prosecutor Belinda Merrin told the court Valusaga, alongside his brother Leon who had armed himself with an axe, went back to the party and chased Leon's attacker.

When they couldn't catch the attacker, Ms Merrin said they turned on another male at the party.

Ms Merrin said Mr Latu tried to break up the fight by punching Valusaga, and it was then that Valusaga delivered the fatal wound.

The court heard Mr Latu was left with a dent in his spinal column, after the weapon sliced through his internal organs.

Ms Merrin also told the court that the defendant wouldn't have struck where he did unless he intended to inflict grievous bodily harm.

If i am ever in that situation and a shitbag walks free after killing someone close to me..  I'd bury the shitbag alive in a nice shallow grave.

Here's the judge. I this bloke harms yet another person,  should the judge be held responsible?

I bet if she was punched in the face by a big black ape she'd rethink that sentence

There's a great chance this piece of trash will be deported if he doesn't have oz citizenship. Let us see what the future holds.

Unless they overlooked his case. We can only hope.

Not a shallow grave
The worm would crawl out

I have a special punishment in mind for anyone who harms my family.
It involves a chain
My towbar
An isolated country road
And a few litres of petrol

I'd keep the speed down low enough to draw it out for hours.
And when finished
Fed to the pigs

So any pedos on the coast
This is the cost if you touch my kids or grandkids.

I HAVE A DREAM
A WONDERFUL, PEACEFUL, BEAUTIFUL DREAM.
A DREAM OF A WORLD THAT HAS NEVER KNOWN ISLAM
A DREAM OF A WORLD FREE FROM THE HORRORS OF ISLAM.

SUCH A WONDERFUL DREAM
O HOW I WISH IT WERE TRU

Man 1: Deportation!
Oz Patriot: Nooo. You?
Man 2: Jail!

Oz Patriot: Wrong! You?
Man 3: They shove a living snake up your ass!
Oz Patriot: Whew, ahh. You got it!
Ox patriot: Right! Grab this dirty black fat assed KFC eater and grab me the 12 foot long scrub python.
Coconut: No!!!!!!!!!!!

"It's amazing that you have not learned from earlier penalties imposed on you," Judge McGinness said."

It's amazing that the courts haven't learned from the earlier offences against him....

He'll do it again.... anyone who goes to a party armed with meat cleavers for revenge is just a murder waiting to happen....

Perhaps the judge could do with a punch in the face - it might change her perspective.

This is why we need more mandatory sentencing - the judiciary are too stupid to do their job.

And this judge should be sentenced on the next one with him.
It's about time society held judges accountable.
