Speaker just announced it will not be 23rd June as he is waiting for some Regulation to be put in place so people are aware of their obligations under S. 44 of the Constitution.

Bullshit.  If anyone is thinking of nominating and have no idea now of what the Section demands, they do not deserve a vote!

I think it is an AEC regulation that will require provision of evidence of completed renunciation of dual citizenship as part of the eligibility declaration....read it somewhere but didn't save the link.
