I am not a global warming conspiracist either. But I know that when we have weather events of snowfall in greater quantity than previous years or earlier than expected, we can attribute that to the interactivity of humid air and cold fronts. A month ago, we were still sweating through hotter than normal April temperatures. A week ago, we were getting accustomed to cold air making its way into the region from high-pressure systems. We had a low-pressure system interacting with a high-pressure system in the Bight that brought about flooding and snowfall in the Alps and other regions. I don't know where else it has snowed.

As for global warming or global cooling, we may as well just consider this a variance to the weather patterns we have every few years. Cold this year. Maybe just as cold next year. Perhaps an early monsoonal season this year.

If the narrator has any thoughts on the matter, we could be seeing hot conditions in the northern hemisphere blowing up cold from the Antarctic and converging with the warm conditions. We may not see that when the temperatures are average.
