The Jet Stream, remember, changed because of Arctic Amplification, the Arctic warming much faster than lower latitudes.

“Stuck” Jet Stream patterns can cause a long sequence of similar weather events, like the series of three north easters hitting the New England part of the US, the 5 year CA drought etc.

So, I think I have given a pretty good explanation of AGW, Arctic Amplification and their affect on weather and weather extremes.

Would be nice to post some info re combating AGW but the will won’t be there until there is a big flood killing thousands and causing many tens of billions of dollars of damage to dwellings, industry, infrastructure and agricultural infrastructure etc. Sadly, that day will come, AGW is continuing, the poles keep warming, ice keeps melting and sea levels keep rising.

Booby posts another lot of lies and crap. The blurb to it ends with “. . .and Arctic ice is recovering.”

Recovering from
what?

Arctic is coming out of the NH winter and the snake oil seller, the week AFTER the Arctic warmed heaps made great play “the Arctic isn’t warm!”

So. . .what the hell is Arctice ice recovering from??? Or did the snake oil seller forget he lied about the Arctic not warming in winter? Probably, he is not the brightest really.
