I crucify Dubyne?

Nope, just point out his lies. It is easy—he lies all the time!

I don’t follow Al Gore, Booby. You cannot quote me on a word I have posted about what Al Gore has said.

In 1820 the first ideas about the Greenhouse Effect were raised. In 1905 Arrhenius published the definitive paper on AGW. Since then evidence has accumulated that we are causing global warming by burning fossil fuels.

The ice is retreating at both poles yet the deluded talk of an ice age!

Oh wow, we see how deep the indoctrination has been:

Quote:
The ice is not retreating from the poles.
There has been a buildup of ice except in areas where there is volcanic activity.

Said Booby!

Greenland—losing 280Gtons per year.

Arctic sea ice:
...

Forgotten that cruise ship that sailed the North West Passage a couple of years ago, Booby? Remember that the snake oil seller claimed that the NW Passage would be blocked by thick ice? Forgotten that LNG ship that sailed the Arctic last December?

Antarctica:
...

Quote:
A Huge 10% of Antarctica's Coastal Glaciers Are Retreating, And Scientists Are Alarmed
Get ready for sea level rises.

CHRIS MOONEY, THE WASHINGTON POST
3 APR 2018
Antarctica's ocean-front glaciers are retreating, according to a new satellite survey that raises additional concerns about the massive continent's potential contribution to rising sea levels.

Antarctica, which contains enough ice to raise the oceans by about 200 feet (60 meters), is a continent of ice that flows outward to the ocean at numerous large glaciers.

These mostly submerged glaciers rest deep on the seafloor at a point called the "grounding line", where ocean, ice and bedrock meet.

But at 10.7 percent of these glaciers, the ice masses are moving at a significant speed back toward the center of the continent as they melt from below, often because of the incursion of warm ocean water, which causes the grounding line to retreat.

https://www.sciencealert.com/10-percent-of-antarctica-s-coastal-glaciers-are-ret...

No mention of Al Gore or mass media there, right? No snake oil, right? Facts, science. Facts and science about loss of ice at both poles. You pathetic dupe!

We get the pathetic reply about volcanoes.

No volcanoes under the Totten glacier yet it is retreating, Booby. No volcanoes under the Arctic or Greenland yet the ice there is retreating, Booby. Pathetic.

Another dupe, on Twitter asked wtte “Mexican Gulf is hotter than normal by 5°C—is there a volcano or vent under it?”

No chum, no volcano, no vent just good old AGW. I suppose there are volcanoes under the Gulf Stream in the North Atlantic—warmer by 9°C than normal, feeding that series of north easters caused by a stuck pattern in the Jet Stream.

I know Bobby, Dubyne always says thick ice is forming in the Arctic, right? But he never gives any evidence for it, does he?

This is one of his lies, Bobby. Wake up, you are being systematically lied to!

Jesus, Booby, can’t you see how much less ice there was than even in 1981–2010? You think quibbling about tiny fluctuations means anything?

The Arctic has lost sea ice extent and has also lost bulk volume of ice.

You can see that the Arctic lost ice IN WINTER! The ice that has grown since Feb will be thin ice—and summer is coming, the sun rises above the horizon in the Arctic circle.

Funny ice age without ice!

Suspect graphs—ignored. Historical data—if true, considered. scientific papers—I post them all the time. Anecdotes—garbage scientifically.

Etc. roach posts the same old discredited crap, as does Ajax. I ignore that.

NONE of the scientific papers I post get considered by the dupes and deniers. Lies by a snake oil salesman—get  believed even in the face of facts.

You mean the one YOU say sailed without icebreaker escort? Give us the name of the ship.

Mildura has just had it's hottest April day on record. 38 degrees

I'm guessing Bobby won't be including that on his ice age thread

I guess not!

He knows he is talking crap, hence his continued but baseless accusations I follow Al Gore or get my opinions from mass media, Channel 9 news in particular. He gets his opinions from an obvious snake oil salesman so I have to get mine from an equally dubious source. Nope.

Was stinking hot yesterday driving back to Adelaide from Melbourne, very unpleasant.

Woohoo 0.2ºC. Of course taken at an Airport. All that lovely concrete and tarmac.

I see the Met office Mildura car park is only about 42 metres from the weather station. Recommended distance is 100m. Wink

MILDURA has set two new records with the mercury yesterday soaring past 39C, marking the hottest April day ever recorded for the city.

About 12.30pm the new record was set when the temperature hit 38.1C at the Mildura Airport weather station, breaking the previous 37.8C record set on April 4, 1986.

The city also broke a state-wide record with its three consecutive days over 35C when the mercury reached 35.5C on Sunday, 35.9C Monday and 39.3C about 3pm yesterday.

So when is that ice age going to hit?
