Why do people need to divide terrorism into black and white....People commit terrorism because they want to harm those they perceive as enemies and see no other way against the wave of hatred vented towards them....When we invaded the Middle East based on bullshit we made enemies of a great many people who do not see the invasion as a good thing for them or their people....No one has clean hands when you defend killing of innocent people no matter who's side you are on!!!

BTW I never believed he had WMDs but that doesn't mean he was not trying to get them.

He wanted to lead the Arab world and set up an ongoing dynasty of Husseins...

His behaviour and dishonesty led to the intervention in his country... oh and Iraq is not The ME.

As for Afghanistan... why did the US RETALIATE against the Taliban regime? Wassup faulty memory? As you well know Russia invaded and occupied Afghanistan for a great many years previously. Do you ever wonder why? Do you support the Taliban? Global Terrorism?

I didn't think Australia was going to Afghanistan. I was always under the impression that howard said "unless Australians were targeted we will not participate" or to that effect due to Americas lies regarding Iraq.
Then bali coincidently happened. Australia was off to Afghanistan.

Saddam should never have been overthrown. He kept these muslim bastards in check.

At no point in that last post did I ever EXCUSE a murderer for his actions. I stated the likely REASON why he did murder. If it turns out that the murderer was not acting in revenge, then I will concede that I was wrong about the reasoning. But that is not to say I was excusing his actions. Excusing someone's actions would call for a mitigation or exoneration of punishment.

All criminals have a reason for doing what they do.

I've never seen you talk about the reasons other terrorists do what they do.
