I can tell you guys one thing, when you start taking cold showers, you will always feel way better than taking a hot shower.
Trust me, sometimes it is tempting, but try to alteast end up with cold water, by gradually cooling the water down.
All you have to know, is to not to fear, take control, don't panic, the cold water is not as dangerous as they usually say, but, everything has its limits, so try to find your limit and then slowly pushing your limits.
I have lost most of my depressions and other bad stuff by at least showering in cold water every day, I also stopped being sick, generally unhappy, bored, lazy and other stuff.
Patience is the key. ...........

At the end of my shower yesterday I turned the hot off and ran it cold for a while.
It felt pretty good.

Today I forgot to do that and I missed it.

Don't need the cold but learn his breathing techniques.

Wim Hof Guided Breathing

I breathed much more slowly than he indicated. The inhalations with some 'intent'.
My exhalations were with no force, just letting air go.

Kept it flowing.

Left my lungs empty of air for only a comfortable time after.
Did not 'hold my breath'.

Feel ...... pretty calmed.

Yep, had a shower mostly cold this morning.

Washed my hair in warm water, then turned the hot off.
So it was cold for about 80% of the time.

Invigorating.    Smiley

Have had only cold showers since last posting.
They are fun. Very good for you.

I used to feel the cold more then most people, now I am ok with the cold.

'little things' do not bother me as much.

The cold showers are not cold enough now.
It is mid summer in brisbane.

I now stay in the ocean/tallebudgeria creek as long as my wife.
I used to get out earlier as I was cold.

My skin is no longer dry.
I can handle stress much better.
Bring on the cold weather.

HHmmm, might buy some ice for an ice bath.
