Though Bobby is being sly to 'hide' behind the image of him being all 'peace and love' when the actual 'Topic' is a mocking gesture against Aussie because Bobby knows that both he and Aussie do not get on.

Bobby didn't have to say 'anything' to Aussie, but thinking that as long as he uses the words 'Peace & Love' (for example) - he is free to antagonise rather than just 'ignore'.

Afterall - didn't you just post the good advice of the essence of 'ignore'?
