Russia, no longer the powerhouse it used to be as the USSR (Soviet Unionism).
Is caught between a rock and a hard place.
With all of Europe stacking its Military along the borders to Russia and even the likes of the Ukraine and other former Soviet Sub-nations knocking up their defences against Russia.
The pressure is on Russia to become more 'Pro-European' to relax such hostility.
But if it did so - it would mean turning its back on China (Asia) again.
It already has 'reneged' on Communism: "Sorry China, but we're going to Capitalism"
Personally - I think it will be a Sino-Russo (China V Russia) war.
China would be better off taking on 'rusted' Russia and taking resource rich Siberia, rather than going to War with USA.
Besides the fact that China's military is 80% ground force (and all their weapons will only last a year of battle because they are all 'Made in China'
) - I can't see all those troops 'swimming' across the Pacific to fight USA, which is far superior in the air and even has a powerful navy as well.
All the 'trouble' started with the emergence of the Soviet Union (that talked China into becoming Communist too).
But you watch (ras)Putin suddenly 'dissapear' (assassinated or runs away) and then WAR erupts.
