It was such a guy's luck by chance, that I saw him walking alongside a young girl that didn't look happy. I saw him going off at her. He was Afghani, she was white. I thought for a moment that he might be associated to her in some way. I was in my car and should have just got out because something didn't seem right - but I couldn't recognise what it was. A little later a few streets away just 20 minutes later. Some boys on BMX's were on the hunt and told me that a guy was throwing his penis at a young girl. I went to the Police and they offered me a very poor photo of the guy they caught. I couldn't honestly go by that photo. But I was sure it was highly likely that the police had got the right guy. Never forgot the sad look on the little girl - scared.
