It is all just cowardice. It is Neville Chamberlain waving his fatuous bit of paper.

We know GHGs are increasing.

We know glaciers are retreating and the main ice sheets are shrinking (Antarctica may already be shrinking and in any case it is like 2 decades tops and it will be shrinking.)

We know the seas are rising, partly from ice sheets melting, partly from warming of the oceans.

We know spectrometry, especially by the NASA satellites, shows GHGs are absorbing IR photons, warming the earth. We know isotope analysis shows the GHGs being added to the atmosphere are put there by us burning fossil fuels and destroying carbon sinks on land and in the seas. We also know methane and now nitrous oxide are growing in concentration and are very strong greenhouse gases.

So it is cowardice to try and pretend AGW is not happening.

Another assertion. Please quote the paper that shows it can't be natural variability. I have seen papers that say it can't be therefore...., but no paper that shows it.

This is spectrometry, real time, not a model.

The globe is warming and the time to do something about it is now!

The point of no return according to the algorians  was in 2007 or roundabouts.

So the Earth is warming, it has warmed and cooled many times in our history before the present day.

CO2 had nothing to do with any of the warming in the past, while it may slightly contribute to the warming, CO2 is not the instigator or the driver of any warming or cooling on the Earth.

Don't take my word on this, it's clearly seen in Earth's climate history and can be proven by physics.

All of which is true, and all of which totally misses the point.
Your aware that co2 has never driven the climate cycle in the past.tick
Your aware that the earth has warmed and cooled in the past. tick

The pppooooiinnnttt is that co2 is driving the climate now. something, which as you are aware, has NEVER happened before. Its a conundrum-scientists should study it and come up with some explanation for why the climate is behaving in this MyStErIoUs way!

Ahhhh.
Nope.
Correlation does not equate to causation.
Ice records show clearly that there is a time lag in emission release after heating.  That heat drives the release of CO2 is a fact.

Nothing to do with correlation, all to do with absorption and re-emission of IR photons.

Yes. but it is a net effect. You keep forgetting that and it is a logarithmic effect. CO2 is not infinitely able to absorb IR.

I post some stuff from SKS. This was a long scientific paper. It will pay you to read it.

It is logarithmic but there is no upper bound. Nor is CO2 the only GHG.

Sounds like you are running out of denial.

Poor roach, scared of AGW so talks crap.

Then again, all I see you talk is crap.

The mechanism causing AGW is known. NASA satellites confirm it all the time.

The globe is warming tho the sun is moving into a quiescent state. So, other things are not equal, other things are saying the globe should not be heating but still—it heats up!

Not scared, that's irrational like you.  Nothing to be scared of.

Then again, all I see you talk is crap.
Yes no doubt that's all you see

No they don't they record statistics and this has been an exercise in correlation and causation with gross ignorance about the lag time for CO2 emissions.  It has also been a huge political exercise by the UN to shift world wealth around to poorer countries.

The Sun is moving is it?  We are in a warm period dodo...  after the last ice Age...  we will eventually have another Ice Age.

As I said before, this is not a correlation/causation thing. It is a GHG molecules absorbing IR thing.

After another 20 go rounds like this roach MAY finally get it. Not placing bets on that happening tho.
