May 16th & 17th, melting has resumed on the west coast, low level as yet.

Mostly outside the Arctic Circle. How scary is that? Wink

May 19th—melt is continuing, is now above the interdecile range.

Still early in the season tho.

Certainly looks scarifying. Wink

...

Now melting North of the Arctic Circle. But that happens every year.

Yep but within the interquartile. That means it was warmer more than 10 years ago. The AGW must be going backwards. Grin Grin Grin Grin

Sea ice volume, which is related to thickness is a better measure of the effect of global warming.

Yup. It shows old ice is just a tiny part of the whole Arctic ice. Ice extent is affected by things like wind that blows the floes around, dispersing or packing it tighter or blowing it right out the Arctic Ocean into the Pacific which happened not so long ago.

Volume is better but harder to measure.

You stuff up heaps, Lees. That your ignorance of science or your desperation to pretend the world isn’t warming, you think?

Good of you to compare the whole Arctic to JM's fixation with Greenland. Wink

You just have to choose which model of volume you believe. Wink

Why? Disappointed I didn't respond to your pontifications immediately?

I quote science, You generally quote the Garudian or SKS. But you don't see the difference. So much for being a scientist,

I notice you haven't admitted to any stuff ups. Must be perfect. Wink

Where have I said the world isn't warming? Direct quotes please. or you can continue to lie.
