One doesn't need to spy on Trump to get dirt on him.  The problem is he has just enough of a celebrity status, and he loves to boast about how wealthy he is and that as President he'll make things better for everyone, that none of the dirt sticks.

He's lucky that the electorate were so desperate for representation and felt so let down by those before them that a Billionaire Conman was seen as the one who would be their representative and the forgotten people would be forgotten no longer.

When the penny drops there are going to be a lot of ashamed voters who can't believe they fell for it and with them, a lot of people who will refuse tooth and nail to admit they were wrong and double down, even when it means supporting actions that are clearly against their own best interests, aka, TrumpCare.

4. Their role in nominating appointments for the agencies and the courts.

So far, Trump has failed in most of these areas. Let's look at a few examples.

1. Trump's recent Syrian bombing killed more civilians than Operation Iraqi Freedom, the initial strikes in the 2003 invasion of Iraq.
2. Trump's failure to repeal Obamacare - a key campaign policy.
3. Trump's budget ideas and his ambitious infrastructure plans are yet to be tested, as is the raising of the debt ceiling, which needs to pass both houses for the US is to remain in business.
4. Most of the key agency positions remain unfilled.

Trump is neither left nor right. So far, he's just a failure. You may want to give him more time as you continually assert, but for the rest of the world, the jury is in.
