It doesn't help in a debate to get the political views of others so wrong, but your assumption that critics of Trump must be members of the extremist left is deeply flawed. Personally, I find the left/right dichotomy to be rather passé, particularly when it comes to a figure like Trump.

Trump's key advisor, Steve Bannon, describes himself as a Leninist, and he's not being completely tongue-in-cheek when he says this. Trump is a wrecker, not a conservative. The only thing Trump seeks to conserve is his vanity and his wealth - in that order. Trump is a person who sought to become president just so that he could include it in his Twitter profile. He is not wedded to any of his campaign policies, most of them patched together for convenience sake or because they sounded good when they came out of his mouth.

Your faith in Trump's conviction is built upon the sand. Trump is a celebrity playing at being a president. His act is based on his role in the Apprentice as the decisive, hard-hitting boss. You need to understand that this is just showbiz - the candidates, the boardroom, the product-placement, and Trump's character itself. Essentially, it's all fake.

Many of the rusted-ons acknowledge this. Aquascoot understands it. They see Trump as just a do-nothing president, who somehow, will make Amerika great again through the sheer force of his will.

This is a fallacy too. Presidents only make things happen through four ways:

1. Their role as Commander In Chief of the US military.
2. Their role in working with Congress to create legislation.
3. Their role in working with the congress and the senate to fund agencies and impose (or cut) taxes.
4. Their role in nominating appointments for the agencies and the courts.

So far, Trump has failed in most of these areas. Let's look at a few examples.

1. Trump's recent Syrian bombing killed more civilians than Operation Iraqi Freedom, the initial strikes in the 2003 invasion of Iraq.
2. Trump's failure to repeal Obamacare - a key campaign policy.
3. Trump's budget ideas and his ambitious infrastructure plans are yet to be tested, as is the raising of the debt ceiling, which needs to pass both houses for the US is to remain in business.
4. Most of the key agency positions remain unfilled.

Trump is neither left nor right. So far, he's just a failure. You may want to give him more time as you continually assert, but for the rest of the world, the jury is in.

I'm still new around here and perhaps I've just not had my fill yet, but I suspect given how quickly you cowered to those tactics that most other people have had a gut full from you and can't even force some respect for you or your views.
