World leaders are commenting on the car-murders in London. Unfortunately, they are offering nothing but the same stale old platitudes they trot out after every atrocity since 911 and before. Does their "Solidarity" really have any value? Have they actually done anything about the problem? Shouldn't the public demand policies with teeth?
