Me too cods,.. there was some grating and gnashing of teeth by Aussie ,a bit distracting. Wish I could remember.

Felt pretty let down by Aussie I must say.. but just want to move past that now but I have learned a pretty good lesson.. the hard way.

I dont easily give up on people, but for one person that has changed forever. Embarrassed

Lovely day here and getting my "garden" going ..making a start to day..

I won't post at Reds now..Aussies presence weighs heavily in there..knowing he is watching for every bit of info and not trusting him with it..that is my biggest concern.

I know on the surface.. it looks immature and childish,

but thats what bullies plan on.. they dont think what they do bothers people.. it bother them so why would it others..

I dont like to see people do that to anyone...and not a soul around to put a stop to it...just APPALLING..

anyway I do believe Aunty Dorothy may make a come back...she is starting to get itchy well not there dear.. I mean in the written word dept of course..

writing being her forte so to speak!

she has just finished a speaking tour in Rockhampton...where her fame preceded her and she had an overwhelming welcome...yes red carpet the works....she was thrilled...her book signing was the best she has ever had....13 in the first 5 hours...a record.... she was a little dehydrated at the end.. and that was the real reason she was a little worse for wear when the news men arrived with those bloody cameras...as she tripped over that homeless man asleep in the doorway, she told me she only had one Pimms ...

anyway she could be back bless her..she is so full of advice..

Dorothy making a comeback..bloody marvellous and you know we would all love to see that dear. The red carpet sounded so exciting and that homeless man sleeping in the wrong place and almost causing a wardrobe malfunction..and only one Pimms you say Wink

. Next time Pimms with lemonade for Dorothy...to water it down a bit would be a good idea. It gets humid in Rockhampton hope she drank plenty of water to keep her spirits up lol

A lot of people let you down on these forums AG. I would hate to be part of the younger generation who live or die by social media.

They must have a tough time. People are a lot more cruel, or maybe thoughtless now because so many of them are keyboard warriors. They don't have to confront their adversaries face to face the way their parents had to.

Me too mantra and my own kids have experienced online bullying...it can be soul crushing for young ones ,but they survived it. I take with a grain pf salt most of what is thrown my way these days..but that doesn't mean I forget.. it can only happen so many times to me as it has in his case..no luckily our growing up was quite different..and made for much ( I think) grounded people growing into grounded adults...there was actual consequences for mouthing off at someone..you could not just log off. and then back into the fray next time you logged on..computers have turned a lot of cowards into key board warriors.. and he who shall not be named is the biggest coward of them all I'ma thinking Wink

I decided to treat people in cyber space no differently than I do in life and very rarely have I forgotten that rule..anyway moving forward and onto today ...welcome aboard mantra, this is a place where we are free to be ourselves..
