it has been a long time since I left PA..of my own accord..but for years we have had the zombies from PA in here day in day out bragging how we were kicked out for being trolls and we always denied strenously that that was the case..but now we have old naffy come in here and announce it was because were mates with Aussie as the real cause for locking our accounts..after we had already bolted, well in my case anyway bit late to be banned when you had already left lol..

I am putting this here because I refuse to post in relationships..but I didnt want this post to be lost in the shite pile..

Well this horse had already bolted before they shut the gate. It went from bad to worse over there. I couldn't stand the abuse and the obscenities a moment longer. There are plenty of people who know the truth and know that it was my decision to leave - not theirs. I was going to leave a month or so prior to that, but was talked out of it. The permanent ban a month after I finally walked away was done out of spite to help them make believe they were a superior species. They lost sight of what PA was all about.

There is an element of truth in what Neferti says though about people being permanently banned because of their association with Aussie. You have to hate him with a vengeance before they accept you as one of their own. I couldn't do that.

The bullying and unfairness was intolerable. I've got no idea whether SN still posts there or not, but he was another one of their victims. Their total lack of respect for his decisions, regardless of him being an elected leader, showed how totalitarian the place had become.

It kind of like "even if we hate you you don't leave us, we ban you " and that is the harshest possible thing they can do to you.. I am sure if a public flogging was a thing they would use that option first...dictatorship is what it comes down to from my perspective.. there seems to be a lot off hatred which I see as a form of sickness over there.. you cant leave mantra and if you do they then say the banned you..in an attempt to cover the shame and "save face"..just be glad you are out..in years to come you will see the "admin" and naffy pipe up and say how you tried to join under a million nicks because for some reason it makes it look like you are sorry for your betrayal of the mob and want back in to lick their boots forever more.. you are out now and you did the right thing..

I have that problem at times too AG. There's a simple quick fix. Get a straw and cover half one end with sticky tape so there's only a narrow opening. Disconnect the computer, turn it upside down and blow through all the little vents.

Just make sure your mouth is dry. Keep a bit of bread in your mouth. A lot of the dust just blows out. If you do it regularly - it keeps the computer going.

I also close all the open programs if it gets too warm, shut the lid and give it half an hour or so to cool off. A fan close to the computer helps too.
