Seems we can't.

Mothra is too far gone and insane to work out that this topic is all about:

DINNER!

Ah. Now my mum used to make salmon fishcakes. They always tasted GREAT!

I'm going to make some on the weekend.

Thanks for reminding me about them Gordon.  Smiley

Oh damn....everyone is backing Easts to win tonight against the Bulldogs  Cry

Yep....we're watching the game Gordon  Cool

Wanna guess what I'm making for dinner tonight?

Yep. Salmon fishcakes.

And a nice salad of course.   Smiley

A bit of dill salt and pepper works well

Found this recipe Gordon.

http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/salmon-fishcakes-horseradish-lemon-kale/9e58d8e0...

Sounds about right IMO.

Not sure about that kale salad  Undecided

Looks like ummmm....no I won't say it  Sad Lips Sealed

I'd omit the horseradish. Taste tends to overdo the indredients. Maybe a dab of it on the side

I'm making a fresh Greek salad.

Why?

It does not look like mashed up chlorophyll....yuk!

I'm a fan of kale these days. After a run in the morning then a good hard kettlebell workout I put half a bunch of kale in the blender with a pear, a teaspoon of olive oil and a chunk of ginger. WOW!

Blender as in Nutribullet?

Anyway...it sounds awful.

(I love the idea of ginger and pear though).

Meh, just a cheapo breville blender.

OK, I don't slurp it down saying yippee, but it's REALLY good for you. Smiley

I had the weber going and had just put some lovely steaks on and some eggplant,  zucchini and mushrooms on the hot plate and got a distress call from a client. I was only gone for an hr and Mrs G did her best to keep it warm but the steak was like old boots when I ate it.

I'm going to remember how tough it was when I invoice him tomorrow  Smiley

fkkk that.. that's the one time I don't let clients disturb me, especially if it's steak.

I'm on call 24/7, but my unwritten rule is don't call when I'm having dinner. i won't refuse to come, I'll just tell you I'm an hour away.
