It does not look like mashed up chlorophyll....yuk!

I'm a fan of kale these days. After a run in the morning then a good hard kettlebell workout I put half a bunch of kale in the blender with a pear, a teaspoon of olive oil and a chunk of ginger. WOW!

I was only gone for an hr and Mrs G did her best to keep it warm but the steak was like old boots when I ate it. I'm going to remember how tough it was when I invoice him tomorrow
