Regardless I am thinking what sort of major charges he would be facing.   Of course, it would be good if its x4 murder changes.  And x25 reckless driving causing injury.

However, can we prove that these are murder?  If he is high on drugs, his defence would be judgement impaired due to drug induced psychosis / mental impairment.  If he did have some sort of delusional disorder, then the intent to kill would not be able to be proved.
No. These may be cosnidered mitigating circumstances and will almost certainly be used by his defence but will not be  "defence" against murder. He would have to prove insanity and being effected by drugs wont do it.

So, he will probably serve x4 charges of reckless driving causing death.  Which bears 10 year penalty maximum if served concurrently.   May be 5 years for reckless causing injury, serve concurrently but cumatively over the death charge.  He could well be given just 15 years, and out in about 10 years with good behavior.  And that would make him... late 30s? early 40s when he gets out?

I doubt it. The charges will be murder and he will be a very old man if and when he gets out.

Can anyone - even Longy & Greggy -

There's no place in civilised society for hangings, Booby.

Sorry.

He won't get out.

I doubt that he'll make it to court for sentencing.

Once he's "accidentally" left with other inmates in remand, he'll "accidentally" fall down in the shower.

Or, he'll be found to have "accidentally" hanged himself.

And I agree, he'll be charged with murder.

Hangings are civilised -

putting someone live - through a meat grinder isn't -

that's what Saddam used to do.

No Bobby, a quick painless death is what I recommend, hanging takes too long. Drug them then guillotine them.

Too long - what about all those people he ran over? -

they are either dead or suffering to an unimaginable intensity.

He needs to get some justice.

Now you guys probably know that I have a problem with the CULT.

I try quite hard to make my feelings known on this point.

BUT

I'm sorry, its drawing a very long bow to link this atrocity with the CULT.

This is simply a nutcase who was off his face on drugs and obviously mentally unstable.
There was no real intent as with most CULT terrorists and he was obviously not a practicing Muzzo.

In this instance it was simply a mental case going nutz.

Now on the matter of the useless legal system letting this nutcase out when he was obviously unstanble.

Whee is the accountability?

These judges demand absolute authority with regard to how they administer the law.
They should also accept absolute responsibility also.
Therefore if they let out a known nutcase, murderer, pedophile, and that animal re-offends.
Charge the judge......simple.

Nice in theory but that will never happen.

The thing about making people suffer for their crimes bobby is that they need to stay alive to remember the suffering, theres your revenge, not death. Unfortunatly this is called torture and is a bridge too far in any civilised society, remembering the victims who probably wont be in favour of such. No, a quick painless removal from society so they cant breed and or continue their crimes.

If armed police were on the scene when he was doing circles, they should have taken out his tires and radiator for a start. But that would probably have contravened his rights somehow. Amnesty International will protect him.
