What Clinton did, predates that, and although is sneakier, is no less racist or reprehensible.

I personally feel President Obama was a natural-born citizen through mother, regardless where he was born. I believe in jus sanguinis citizenship, for one thing, which would make his place of birth irrelevant to me.
I know people who knew his mother, and I understand she was such a free spirit, he might have had an American father from when she was at school in Hawaii, anyway.  I think it's entirely possible that the elder Obama offered his hand and his name to help a friend, even though he had another wife, because his culture and religious beliefs allowed him to take another.  (Ann didn't share those beliefs, she was pretty much an atheist, in practice.)
