Pauline or even SHY....we know what they stand for.

people wont be led by someone who does not have direction.

it doesnt really matter what the direction is , but it has to be something "bigger then yourself".
you have to "buy in" or people will never see it as congruent.

Here is a mission statement that Mal could use.

"i will use every resource at my disposal to help small business and to encourage the risk takers, the innovators, the contributors to succeed. in doing this i will be deaf to the whinings of the leaners, i will be deaf to the complaining of the parasites.
those who do not wish to contribute.... i will not get mad at them....they will simply cease to exist in my reality"

then simply look at every decision and reframe it in this light...simple, effective and inspirational
