I'd also say America has/had a "rather difficult history" with the country of Laos. After all, Laos was the C.I.A.'s dirty little "secret war" and probably next to Iraq is one of America's worst war crimes all done in the god damn name of imperialism. bugger democracy, America slaughters innocent in the name of imperialism.

Anyhoo, as the article state between 1964 and mid-1973 America bombed the living poo out of Laos conducting an estimated 580,000 missions dropping more than two million bombs on a country less than the size of your neighboring New Zealand.

Now if that wasn't horrific enough for the people of Laos along comes Obamie swinging his dick in the wind of the Laotian capital of Vientiane, becoming the first US miscreant pressie to return to the scene of one of America's worst war crimes. Yes, first Hiroshima and now this.

Of course Obamie is not just there to swing his dick in the face of the Laos people but rather to attend the East Asian Summit where American imperialism with China over the South China Sea territorial waters are set to be the primary reason why he would even waste his time. Well, I did forget to mention that Obamie is there to swing his dick on the bullshit Permanent Court of Arbitration which gives credence to U.S.-backed puppet government of Philippine in order to wing swing dick it to China’s territorial claims.
