New Zealand, roaring back to final big party night of the junket seminar

been down at Rotorua all day

starving

stopped at greasy spoon fast-foot joint by the roadside to tide us over

nearly killed us

toasted cheese sandwich for me -- harmless, right, what could go wrong with that

and stupid dogwood-dag or something for the other. Mad choice

both *drenched* in lukewarm rancid grease

unforgettable

How can people live like that?
