Parts of it are.
But the same as parts of any city.

My two night walks so far have given me cause to reflect -

1. How much safer I feel here than in London on a night.
2. How clean and amazing all the buildings are.
3. How much I see the French flag flying everywhere.
4. Contrary to all stereotypes, how damn friendly the locals have been.

I think we have a lot to learn from this place.

not what my friends found or my family..who were there just before Xmas.......and its had one or two bombs go off more than London,. Angry

My dad arrived here in 1948 at age 12, he still has an accent.
