and no, I didn't miss 'been,' it's there in black and white. Since you've been mentioning thommo just almost daily for the past 3 to 4 years, I'm pretty sure I'm safe when I say you mentioned him first. .....

and no one defended Thommos actions, they defended his right to due process. That you can't tell the difference says a lot.
