So Big Hole would buy safety boots for someone to drill one hole a year?

What a generous boss.

You are so friggin clueless about your lack of intellect it is friggin astounding.

What job requires a person to drill a single hole a year?

What do they do for the rest of the year after they have drilled that hole?

I am saying that it reduces productivity with no gain in safety.

Well I worked as safety manager for a cleaning company.

Most Drongoes think that there are no hazards in cleaning.

The fact is when I joined and had to battle with the fool managers their lost Time Injury Frequency Rate was 22 and the owner of the business showed me all the emails from the insurance companies that were refusing to insure the company.
No workers comp,,, no business .

How is that going to work with productivity?

When I left two years later the LTIFR was at 10 just below the industry benchmark and we retained our insurance.

Drongo middle management and feral employees who have never owned a business and never been held accountable have no idea.

Nice recovery, from what looked like a very embarrassing position you had there.  Grin Grin Grin

You mean my mates that I worked with for 10 years, yeah, thanks for reminding me, you little grub troll.

Good to see you could still find a reason to use a smiley face emoji, while talking about the men and women who died serving this country. Well done grub.

But what would you expect from a grub coward like yourself. Angry Angry Angry Angry

You by your own admission are a coward and have achieved nothing ever, let alone served or fought for this or any other country.

You are a grub PoS coward and nothing more.

You are coward and grub, your help is rejected as you are irrelevant to this country.

You would be knocked out cold the minute you opened you mouth, by anyone who is or has served in the ADF as no-one likes a deadsh1t who makes light of our fellow service men and women who have died in the service of this country.

So sit in the back with the women and child where you belong, grub.
