And.......I reckon you are still wrong. Coppers are not required to pursue and obtain a degree to retain their Copper position in Queensland. NSW may be different.

many years ago in Ireland I watched as a priest who was talking to another priest on the steps of a Catholic church...push a women almost down the steps as she tried to talk to him and pulled on his cassock..it stayed with me all this time.. I was so shocked broad daylight they dont care.....
