Very cute.

They are the safest dogs to have around people and children.
They also get along with cats.
I thoroughly recommend them.

Hey Lols, been away?

Yeah... big 20 minute drives away from my lockdown postcode to attend medical appointments.... twice over a couple days, was great to go further than my usual 5 min drive to local supermarket  Smiley
And then.... I stopped at Coles in Bayswater....picked up bananas, crumpet toast bread, and hear a weird sound....whoooop.....whoooop.... etc
Men in hi vis, security and all the check out workers, all ushering out the door, so I had to leave my items on a stand...walk outside.... was a fire.
Reminded me of the days I worked at the ATO early-mid 1970s, I was on the 7th floor and there were always bomb threats.... no not allowed to use the lifts.... had to used the stairs....7 stories of it.... with platform shoes ... was dizzy by the time we were out of building ....
Anyway, on way back home...I stopped and went into a Spotlight store and bought some pink velveteen material with little silver star patterns, to make pretty masks. As it’s such an inspiring creative place, I saw a lot of unusual masks, one in particular was very blingy.

And homeward bound ...the sun was shining....I felt the warmth on my hands upon the steering wheel and it felt so good. I was almost imagining I was in Queensland!
Weekend was dismal and wet so we had a pig out watching Star Trek Discovery on Netflix. One if the best graphics in this star trek series!

That’s my thrilling last few days 🤗

More thrilling than mine!

Yup, I was on the eighth floor of an office building in town in my last PS job. Great fun to walk down 8 flights of concrete stairs! Fortunately—could use the lift to go up—can you imagine the scene if we had to walk up 8 flights  Shocked Shocked Shocked

Yes.

It was an animation assignment done by three students at a Montreal University.

Gotta love dogs..... five months 'lockdown' here for two dogs, the older one develops diabetes and nearly dies here, I draw him back from the brink, two needles a day despite his tooth marks on my fingers and the syringes, run him in the car every day for walkies, I lift him carefully in and out of the car since he's old and sick and has a crook back, feed him snacks in contravention of the rules for diabetes (just a little bit), he sleeps in my room, I cover him up with a blanket when it's cold, pat him, pamper him and check him every couple of hours to see he's all right...

Comes the Day - he and his buddy are returned to their owner - I drive them down in the pouring rain - two hour drive each way - unload them in the rain, and get them inside and back to their Boss.

Ecstasy for the dogs!!  Home again!!  Their real family again!!!

What does he do?  He sucks up to The Boss (the ex here who I am carer for), who made his dinner for him, and sits there before we go back home thanking her for bringing him home alive to his family etc.... meanwhile the bastard who sticks needles in him doesn't even get a nod....

Dogs are loyal... yeah - to the 'primary caregiver' who does one thing for them while that bastard with the needles does everything else...

Told this before - driving down the highway in the 110 zone, and eagle shoots down and I think he's gonna get hit by a car... nope - he hits in the median strip, all grass, and picks up a snake loitering there and climbs away .. spectacular..... I feel sorry for the snake...
