Tony Abbott hasn't been the Prime Minister of Australia since 15 September 2015. I think it's well past time for the atrocious, demeaning and derogatory avatar/picture that depicts him a Hitler on this forum board to be permanently removed - perhaps replacing it with a picture of Parliament House, for example. The same for the budgie smuggler avatar/picture for the Liberal Party forum, as Tony Abbott is no longer leader of the Liberal Party. To continue to show those pictures or to replace them with similarly derogatory pictures of Malcolm Turnbull would be to continue to demonstrate the juvenile attitude of this forums moderator(s) and the absence of similarly derogatory pictures for the ALP and other parties, .simply proves beyond any reasonable doubt that this forum and its moderator is plainly biased against the Liberal Party.
Are you for real? Have you even LOOKED?
The Greens - picture of a watermelon. That is derogatory.
Australian Labor Party - picture of Gillard as an emu. That is also derogatory and also nearly
three years out of date.
Liberal party - budgie smugglers, also derogatory.
National party - green tractor. This is relatively innocuous IMO.
Palmer United Party - picture of a dinosaur. Questionable.
The last two appear to be party logos.
If you're only objecting to the Liberal image when other images are also derogatory (and one image is also much more out of date), you're just a thin-skinned Liberal having a whinge.
If we are to have any consistency, we should replace
all these images with party logos, and not just pick and choose the ones to be replaced based on one's own personal bias. It has to be all or none.
