I thought she was a bit African American

Correct - she's a pale-skinned Negro who normally has been shacking up with Negroes in her past, but when she spotted that huge bulge in Packer's pants, she decided she needed a change of colour in her bedmates.

Needless to say the bulge in Packer's pants was in the back-pocket where he keeps his wallet.
