We all know aborigines claim to be harrassed by police, but considering this ghastly lady actually filmed and uploaded it to prove such harrassment, seemingly oblivious to how it would be perceived by others, we have to call into question the accuracy of such claims.

I didn't know they were Aboriginal, and it's not even important.

The important thing is, that kid is a little turd and he'll almost certainly spend most of his adult life in prison.

The mother is a stupid bitch - the kid has no chance.

Jesus that was some restraint on behalf of the coppers. "This is going on facebook, this is going viral" to show what, Mum? You should have your kids removed? Roll Eyes

poo... "Shut up Raymond, you wanna go to [juvenile correction institution]?"

I'll describe my answer... When someone did something you didn't understand and some one asked you, where I grew up in Perth, we used to make a visual metaphor, gesture, of a wanking hand on the nose and say fsck nose...

Of course the fact he is Aboriginal is important, they commit crime out of all proportion to their numbers and this kid is symptomatic of that fact. if they only committed crime in proportion to their numbers we could halve the number of prisons in this country. Billions of dollars are thrown at Abos every year, and their problems are getting worse. Why do you think that is Greggary? Do you think it might have something to do with the fact that people like you are too scared to admit its an issue?

Billions!!!!  Link please.  And if you are right about that, why are the Libs tossing 'billions' at failed programmes which make 'their problems' worse?

HANDCUFFS MUST NOT BE USED
When youth will be left unsupervised
To detain
To punish
To coerce
To intimidate
To attach youth to a fixed object (such as a pole, fence, radiator, banister, etc.)
HANDCUFFS MAY BE USED
For safety purposes when arresting and transporting youth
When youth will be under constant supervision
To prevent youth from hurting himself or others

Given they let him go.....which criteria justified the cuffs?

Why did they let him go?

Young aborigines are taught that they are not responsible for their actions because of Captain Cook.

On the news, their faces were blurred.

I still don't see why their Aboriginality is relevant, though.

It's relevant in the fact that he'll be soft soaped. You know, Pecker, cultural sensitivity.  That's your area of expertise.
