Why do they handcuff Aboriginal kids and then let them go?

Wouldn't it be easier to not handcuff them in the first place.

If you really were a lawyer you'd know that, Aussie. A copper's career is on the line when dealing with abos. Same with Muslims. It's that good ole victim status that requires that all sensitive types (like Mothra) view any interaction with the police as good old fascist whitey picking on the minority.  If you were a police officer, why would you put yourself through that?
