I wonder if reading articles and looking for follow up articles ever struck posters here as a good idea.

A couple of points...

Firstly, the "kid" has since been charged and will face juvenile court... I guess that means he was let go into his mother's custody (rightly or wrongly).

The "kid" was not forthcoming with information, nor was he in company with a responsible adult - hence hand cuffs in the first place - considering the implications of his crime.

I also find it quite ironic that a select few managed to pick up on the Child and his Mother being Aboriginal in a flash yet completely failed to notice one of the arresting officers being Aboriginal... Which effectively flushes your blatant racist crap down the toilet, except I suspect those with said tendencies will lack the honesty, self reflection, integrity and brains to acknowledge having gone off half cocked...

The kid is a brat, he has been charged and, arguably, his mother should have a few reports to child protection agencies done, that said, I would not be at all surprised if there are existing reports already in the system.

In short, storm meet tea cup.

Is there a link to where the little prick was charged?

I didn't know they were Aboriginal, and it's not even important.

The important thing is, that kid is a little turd and he'll almost certainly spend most of his adult life in prison.

The mother is a stupid bitch - the kid has no chance.

Was that Westie bogan an Abo?

Funny....I'm darker than she is.

Oh and that revolting child in her "care" needs to be taken off her asap.

Nope, no link sorry, well to be fair, there probably is one, just not from me...

I would almost be willing to bet the video linked in the OP probably had the story with it, but just the video got linked - wonder why that may be?

It is in more than a few newspapers though.

I have a friend who is a nurse and transferred to the Nepean Hospital recently to work in mental health.  She said it is scary out there and she is petrified most shifts.  No security at the hospital and it gets inundated with drunk, abusive Aboriginals (with a smattering of other bogans) daily.

This family in this video is feral.  The whole area is feral.  They should undertake another 'stolen generation' initiative in areas like this where this sort of behaviour is rife.  The police officers were extremely patient.

There is an Aboriginal body out there who is supposed to work in conjunction with DOCS but they warn their Aboriginal clients when DOCS are going to do a 'spot check'.    This is disgraceful and hardly in the best interests of the many children in that area who are at risk.

Okay.  But, I do not understand why he was handcuffed, and then released.  I saw nothing in the circumstances change at all.

Quote:
Police in the video can be heard explaining to the mother that her son was suspected of throwing rocks at cars and buses in the area.

But the boy’s mother appeared on The Today Show this morning and said the boys hadn’t been doing anything wrong.

They weren’t throwing rocks that day, I was with them,” she said, explaining she had left them to go somewhere else before she heard they had been detained.

I got a phone call to say that my son was arrested at the shops.”

Well she obviously was not with them.

Quote:
The clip was uploaded by the mother, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, with a caption complaining her son had to “put up” with regular attention from police.

She identified herself in the video and even gave her address.

Quote:
A police spokesman said last night: “Sadly this is the sort of stuff we have to put up with all the time.”

Enough said.

The best I can find is when officers requested/ were taking his details, "he was so enraged he had to be restrained by handcuffs".

Okay.  But......I saw nothing about his 'rage' change.  It was his potty mouth doing the 'outrage,' not his arms/hands?  The placement of the cuffs did nothing to shut the little prick up, and it hardly could.

Makes no sense.

Certainly looks that way.......I never like to quote the media as any reliable authority, but can't find anything from the officers that clarifies  the use of handcuffs in this instance.

Come on Ian. Please tell me, of the some 250 tribal groups, each with their own beliefs and traditions, all of them practiced paedophilia?

How do you define paedophilia?

You must know something the many studying historians don't, to have such intimate knowledge.

theres zero argument about this fact amongst historians. Infanticide also=zero argument. cannibalism, debatable.

He was cuffed for his own or others safety. Little prick should have been removed from that "mother"... And yes her colour has nothing to do with that. That kid has no hope of a meaningful future.

That fact is patently obvious. theres a lot you dont understand, and never will. The reality is that you come here to display that fact so often.
