be determined that you can control your impulses
each little victory over your urges and impulses makes you stronger.
You are in a battle with your mind (which is not you) and you (your pure essense) is going to win.
This stuff is too easy.

I guess I feel that women in their 30's and 40's do a lot these days.
We're expected (by everyone) to perform well in the workplace, at home, as a wife, as a mum, as someone's daughter, etc.
A lot piles up on our plate....and washing basket.
success is a numbers game.
all we have to do is face up to the numbers.
substitute an apple for a mars bar means you have
Messed up.
could walk around the block, should walk around the block, wont walk around the block, you have
Messed up.
and all you have to do is go down thru all the little places where you are messing up and clean that up.
This stuff is too easy.
losing weight is too easy
making money is too easy.
i support affirmations , as long as we affirm the truth.
i live in australia.
i am 10 kg overweight
i have messed up.
and then change that
be willing to face the numbers
dont think how other people think
dont do what other people do
get out of group think
grab a cucumber or a carrot and walk around your local westfield mall and look at the strange looks you will get from the chodes in group think.
let those strange looks feed your state, feed you mental will power, feel yourself getting stronger and look at them (eating their burger rings and donuts) getting weaker.
i actually like the idea of lifting weights
it makes you feel stronger and (by the law of state transference) it will make your mind stronger.
theres a thought, get a set of dumbells and a carrot and walk around the mall, doing curls, eating your carrot and feeling the energy flowing through your body. chant as you walk.
divorce yourself from western group think, beaten down, chode , scrub behaviour.
aqua I watched an interesting program last night The truth about exercise..
they told us what happens to our system.. when we eat certain foods and when we exercise after eating certain foods.. in this case fatty...and they proved that walking was all it takes to put the body into proper working order....no running no weights...as with all those things.. you cannot stop doing them....yet walking is an every day thing...which is done without thinking or planning..
of c ourse if you put more effort into the walking it has better effects....or shall we say quicker effects...but moving is critical man was not meant to be stationary in some case 12 hours a day.. just sitting....its what we have become...
