true ... but that's because publishers have people read through it and correct any spelling errors for you Cheesy Cheesy

do you know what publishers do to authors whose works are filled with bad grammar and spelling mistakes? they throw it in the bin. editors will go through a manuscript and pick up typos, grammatical errors and occasionally a plot mistake. that is all . they are there to hone a product, not rewrite it.

My Mum was a proof reader. I can tell you that you didn't want her checking your homework too often.

As someone who has worked in commercial positions for quite some time, I am steadfast against penalty rates.
Someone who works on a contract that has Sunday as part of their 5 day schedule should not be paid anymore for that day.

They should be compensated through the 2 days leave earned elsewhere in the week.

That is how we operate in many countries.

you're on a salary .... your salary has the penalty rates built into it. And at a much higher rate than your company pays penalty rates to all those on the lower rungs of the ladder too. Cheesy Cheesy

I would love to see people like Andrei lead by example and take a deep pay cut to remove the built-in penalty rates from their own salaries. What are the chances that any of them do this? Buckley's.

he has skill, high education, determination and the balls to succeed.  you only have your whiny little attitude.

no more so than a million others who don't receive his salary  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

really?  and your degrees are....??

you just play the envy card so often it is pitiful to watch.

one day you may understand why OTHER PEOPLE make money and you dont.

are you seriously going to pretend that everyone with a degree in accounting is on a salary of $350 k a year? Grin Grin Grin

that question reveals why you are a failure.  YOU HAVE NO IDEA

I doubt that anyone other than you can see that. The question does not look unreasonable in the context.

not in my books and articles they arentwhy waste great writing on you cretins?  Did that once and it was so good you drongos refused to belive it.

It wasn't you ... you took someone else's words, quoted large parts of it verbatim, summarised parts of it and passed it off as your own work. That wasn't writing, that was plagiarism.

If you're such a great writer, why is your punctuation so bad, your spelling so dicey and your grammar so poor?

not - capitalise words at the start of sentences.
they - pronoun does not agree with antecedent.
aren't - missing apostrophe.
why - capitalise words at the start of sentences.
waste - missing subject of sentence.
Did - missing subject of sentence.
belive - incorrect spelling.

only a fool thinks that a qualification is the door to riches and power. however, only a fool thinks riches and power come without hard work effort and training.

all that was implicit in the statement and obvious to anybody with half a brain which is why neither of you understood it.

It was a litmus test for fools.  congrats!  you 'won'.

the envy shows very easily pebbles.
ALL OF THE WORK was original and mine. The best compliment you and the rest of the cretins could ever pay me was to claim it was so good that it 'couldnt possibly be mine'!  it was kinda funny because you were happy to accept the authorship of the other entries - because they were lame to average.   there is a reason I am a multi-published author and you are not...

we could do it all again if you wanted but none of you stand a chance and none of you will even try.  you are pitiful.
