The woman hasn't been born yet who has even the VAGUEST idea of what their pre-marital boyfriends' characters are like. It's a Darwinian thing. Nature just wants to see procreative INTERCOURSE - and bugger the divorce courts and domestic violence, etc.

As long as they're shagging without contraceptives - Darwin and Nature are happy.
