The only ones that I can remember now were the John Cleese training films (and they were films, not videos - they were on 16mm film).  Subjects like management, meetings, and customer relations.  It would have been in the mid 1970s.

They were not the first training films I was subjected to, but the ones from B.C. (Before Cleese) were amateurishly produced and completely forgettable.  So forgettable that I can't remember anything about them at all.

During my F111 training they had training films from the 60's referred to as the "Chicken Movies" where they trussed up live chicken on a frame and fired F111 modules on a rocket sled at them.

For some reason we needed to see the difference between the old windscreens and the new ones.

Later I found out the USAF designed a cannon in the 70s to fire defrosted chickens at windscreens after PETA or someone found out.

This is what happens when a pelican misses the windscreen
