Do you remember the Monster Raving Loonies?

The Monster Raving Looney party was started decades ago in England by Mad Lord Such I think it was.
Their policy, Such as it was, was just to be chaotic.

They're still around and are running a candidate in a by election called Sir Oink a lot.

Thought you'd like to know that. Herb probably can tell us more about them. I seem to remember they were part of the Swinging Sixties.

Know the enemies of a civil society by their public behaviour, by their fraudulent claim to be liberal-progressive, by their propensity to lie and, above all, by their attachment to authoritarianism.

I didn't think that they were still around. Is it the same party or has some other group resurrected a long dead name?
