Current favourites are corn flakes & power grain (both Aldi brands). Before that it was nothing but weetbix for a long time. Always black tea at breakfast, don't drink coffee till later. PS Still believe a sufficient breakfast is essential.

Always have that for medicinal purposes, ie to wash down the army of pills mandated by a doctor who's addicted to prescribing.

I don't have breakfast until later, like about 9 o'clock.

I have Aldi Weetbix and one fruit.

I've had two white coffee's before that.
