Too many beers?Nope. Never drink and shoot.  Wink Wink

800 years of technology behind your firearm.

Stone cold sober.

Deer is defenseless.

And, you missed.

At night, standing up through the sun roof of a small car on a bumpy road with a single barreled shotgun. It's no wonder I missed. I didn't miss with the boot load of bunny rabbits we had though. delicious!!

Is this you?

The aborigines still live in a hunter gatherer lifestyle in remote parts of Australia, are you suggesting they give up their firearms and go back to killing their dinner with sticks and spears?

Would you prefer hunters used bows and arrows which are legal?

I'd prefer that they find another way to compensate for their inadequacies.

No.

I'm suggesting that white fellas who go hunting are compensating for some inadequacy.

Just telling the truth. You wanted to know what I look like. I hope you are not batting off.

I never asked what you look like.

I have a rough idea, though.

" ... recreational deer hunters usually target the chest, rather than the head, to preserve the antlers for trophies. A chest shot causes more suffering than a well-placed head shot because it does not render the animal instantaneously insensible. Hunters often kill the larger males and leave smaller animals and dependent young, which can result in a disrupted social group and distressed and orphaned young."

What charming characters these boozed-up recreational deer hunters are.

Peccahead does his best to vilify hunters who are doing something that is 100% Legal, vilification of law abiding people doing legal pastimes is illegal peccahead is a hoplophobic bigot.

Nice selective quoting peccahead, you left out this bit-
Quote:
Ground shooting by professional pest animal controllers is considered the most effective and humane technique currently available for reducing wild deer populations.

Shots to the head are preferred over chest shots as they are more likely to cause instantaneous loss of consciousness
kb.rspca.org.au/What-is-the-most-effective-and-humane-way-to-control-deer_546.ht...

The RSPCA says professional pest controllers are the most effective yet all the professional cullers disagree with the RSPCA on shot placement.
A good heart shot takes out both lungs as well as the heart, death is instant.
Quote:
Certificate II Aerial Platform Shooting-
Part III Shot placement

One of the most important factors in effective aerial platform operations is the placement of the shot.
To ensure a quick and humane kill ,the best point of aim on all animals is the forward lower two thirds of the chest.
territorystories.nt.gov.au/bitstream/handle/10070/212930/Feral_Animal_Control_Ma...

Those who go for skins prefer headshots to preserve the pelt.

The firearms test for Professional Roo culling says you have to shoot a 5 shot group of  75mm or better at 80m,i shoot 6mm groups at 100m.
www.firearmtraining.com.au/html/10aboutkhtest.htm

I disagree with the RSPCA on using spotlights for deer hunting, it is perfectly legal on private property yet illegal to spotlight on public land for safety reasons.

So you are using race to single out which hunters you dislike, that sounds like racism to me.

Do you think female hunters have a small penis or are you sexist as well as racist when it comes to hunters.

Go troll somewhere else peccahead.

It is refreshing to read the rants...er...wisdom of a truly dedicated Vegetarian who wouldn't eat meat based on a love of Nature!

People that eat meat but condemn hunting are called......what is that word? Could it be  hypocrites ?
