I reckon that is the single best solution to world hunger. I've seen documentaries where absolutely desolate land has been transformed into fertile soil, producing bountiful harvests. Doesn't need much water either. A really smart gardening technique.

Works wonders for pest control and optimal yields. Of course, it is a component of permaculture .. but it stands alone as very clever gardening. Growing borage with strawberries, for example, can make them big and fat and sweet. Basil with tomatoes etc.

This way the potatoes come out already clean and with a really nice flavour. Great for jacket potatoes .. and as we all know, the best nutrients are in and just under the skin.
