Can someone please explain this to me?

Thousands of Gazan Palestinians are out on the streets in triumphant mood because there's a cease-fire .... as though Israel had not already offered and honored cease-fire after cease-fire that was broken time and again by Hamas.

If they can gather in such number to celebrate this latest cease-fire ~ then why didn't they do the same ages ago to tell Hamas to stop initiating rocket-fire at the Israelis?

I know these people have indulged in generations of incest in order to keep their family wealth and to increase the number of donkeys they own as a clan, but surely it would have made more sense to stop Hamas right from the beginning instead of now after a couple of thousand of them have been killed.

All these dopey bastards need have done was not to have tossed rockets at a far more superior military force. It's not rocket science.

They get this year's Darwin Award for self-destructing stupidity ~ 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, hands down.

Hasn't anyone told these poor deluded idiots that there would have been no military action from Israel if their own Hamas hadn't sanctioned their military arm firing rockets into Israel? There would have been no deaths ~ no children killed?

One more rocket from Gaza and I hope the Israelis surround the Gaza strip and then sort them all out, one by one, just as the allies did with Hitler's defeated troops at the end of the war.

Any one with half a brain knows what happens to any who shows dissent in Gaza to the ruling regime.
The only reason Hamas were elected unopposed during the last "democratic election" was because they kneecapped or threw Fatah representatives off rooftops onto the streets below.
So naturally the people in Gaza are going to express themselves to a long term ceasefire in this way.
As if they have any other choice in the matter.
