The victim was accused of theft.

We have even had Muslims on here tell us that we have no right to comment on Islam because we cannot speak Arabic.

I thought that "theft" was only worth an arm and a leg? Why did they kill him? Is this what we can look forward to regarding the changing face of the sharia?

Its not compulsory for a muslim to know Arabic.

If somebody says "There is no God but Allah and that Mohamed is his final messenger" no matter what language is considered to be a muslim.

He can say it in chinese, English, African etc etc

Secondly who says he was a muslim before he uttered it ? Muslims ?
What has he reverted to exactly, the story that he was born a muslim in the first place told by some men and written down ?
Why is there no undoing it, it is just words, as far as you know allah may not even exist thats your gamble ?
Is the "if you know what's good for you" a threat if so from whom ? muslims ? or a deity that muslims alone believes actually exists ?
