She was described as "England's greatest living monarch ". Seeing she is the only monarch alive, the competition isn't great. Who writes this crap?

So you're paying to be annoyed or amused whichever the case may be. Still, it's not worse than what you regularly see on the ticker tape across the bottom of news bulletins.
