With the reduced life span of the Aboriginal - ummm.. could be an old one.

Oh - and never forget - the police concept of 'assault' is a lot different from yours and mine. To some of those being able to hit on a handcuffed person means that person assaulted them, and 'assault police' is one of the most common 'charges' laid when a cop over-steps the line.

I have met a few Queensland cops and, with one exception, have been impressed with their friendly, professional attitude. They do a tough job and, mostly, do it well.
