Find me a coroner's or autopsy report that supports your claim.

The ones I've seen that involve guns always say "Cause of death - gunshot wound", or something similar.

I've never seen one that says "Cause of death - Caucasian male".

e.g. http://www.wallacefugate.com/AUTOPSY.html

OK, lets be silly for a moment. The gun didn't kill them or the bullet or the shooter. It was the wound. There, do you feel better now?

How was the wound inflicted on them?  What was used to create the wound?  Why, a GUN, of course!

Who holds the gun, & pulls the trigger?

People

Have you found a coroner's report on a fatal shooting that lists the cause of death as "people"?

I didn't think so.

Your white flag has also been accepted.

Who or what is charged with the killing (responsible)?

Take your time it may hurt a bit but I think you can work out who is responsible, regardless of your intellectual challenges.  Grin

Have you found a piece of legislation that says an inanimate object can be charged with a criminal offence?

I didn't think so.

White flag accepted.

Because inanimate objects don't go around killing people, people do, using inanimate objects.

Rule 1

No coroner's report, and no legislation.

I thought so.

White flag accepted.

Yes any argument presented by your good self  Grin

So when are the police going to arrest and prosecute the gun, genius?

People kill people and that is why people are prosecuted, not guns.

They can, however, kill.

No they can't ask any Coroner. Come back after you've exhausted the yellow pages. Death by gunshot wound, isn't the same as death by gun anyway. It's death by bullet....gunshot is the bullet.   Tongue Kiss Grin

Not without a person using it to do the job you tosser.

Guns like sticks, knives and every other inanimate object can be used to kill another human being, when left to their own devices they are no more able to kill than a butter knife.

People kill people, sometimes with inanimate objects, like butter knives.

Now stop thinking like a child and move on, you are looking pretty stupid, I mean more so than usual.

You must be a coroner GP, because regardless of what a coroner puts in a report, the person pulling the trigger is the one legally accountable for the killing, not the gun, which at best is only a tool that is kept in evidence for courtroom proceedings.

But you keep on keeping on there greggy....it's the gun that did the killing (in your own  Cheesy mind,  Cheesy nowhere else).  Grin Grin Grin

100% correct.

Well done.

However, we're not talking about the law - we're talking about what kills people.  i.e. cause of death.

In a firearm fatality, that is always "gunshot wound".

Thanks for playing - your white flag has been accepted.
